Revision FAQs
What counts as a revision?
Any change to the design beyond minor tweaks: color changes, symbol substitution, style shift, composition adjustment, etc. Minor tweaks (brightness, minor positioning) are typically included as part of the review process.
What if I want changes after my revision period expires?
Explorer: further changes after your revision period are not included. Artisan and Family: contact us and revisions stay available.
Can I request multiple directions at once?
Yes. Explorer: one direction per revision round. Artisan: up to 5 directions explored at once. Family: as many directions as you need.
How long does a revision actually take?
Explorer: 5 to 7 business days. Artisan: 24 to 48 hours (priority queue). Family: 1 to 2 business days. Emergency rushes available on Family.
What if I'm unhappy with the final revision?
Every plan is covered by our 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Artisan and Family: revisions until it feels right. If you are fundamentally unsatisfied, we offer a full refund (see Refund Policy).
Can I request a different designer?
Yes. Email concierge@familycrest.com with your request. Artisan and Family get priority reassignment within 24 hours.
