Membership is billed monthly and renews automatically until you cancel.

You can cancel anytime. Your membership stays open until the end of the month you have already paid for.

Credits refresh each month while your membership is active. Unused credits do not carry over after cancellation.

If your crest does not meet your expectations within 30 days of subscribing, contact us and we will make it right.

The guarantee covers the month in which it is claimed. Full details are on our refund and revision policy page.

Our crest tools are design services. We create crest artwork, written descriptions, and downloadable files for you.

Registration with the American College of Heraldry is a separate, optional step with a $395 fee paid to ACH. That fee is not part of your membership and is not paid to us.

You keep full personal and commercial rights to the crests you create with our tools.

Keep your login details private. You are responsible for the designs created under your account.

We may suspend an account that is used to break the law or to interfere with the service.
